The goal was to develop a clean, empowering dashboard experience that fosters meaningful connections and progress tracking. With a focus on clarity, accessibility, and engagement, the dashboard needed to make mentorship feel approachable and productive from the start.

To accomplish this, the design integrates streamlined onboarding, goal-setting tools, session scheduling, and real-time feedback features. Visual hierarchy and intuitive layouts guide users through their mentorship journey without overwhelm.
